Customised dashboards you can configure yourself. Track your progress from every angle, with dynamic overviews and relevant applications that keep everyone moving forwards.

Company Secure

All your data and information is kept within a private secure environment. Your data is never used in other Open AI systems.

Permissions Aligned

Allow all your colleagues to use Access Evo with confidence. It maintains all user permissions and controls – no one can see what they shouldn’t have access to.

Personally Private

Everyone can use Access Evo with the confidence that their confidentiality will be respected.

The Access Foundation

The Access Foundation was set up in 2021 following the success and growth enjoyed by The Access Group over the previous decade.

While affiliated with the company in terms of its identity, The Access Foundation is a separate organisation, governed by an independent board of trustees and with its own objectives and goals.

The objectives of the Foundation are orientated around the following principles:

Bridging the Digital Divide

To support organisations who have as a key objective the mitigation of the digital divide, by making computing facilities, support and/or learning available to disadvantaged and vulnerable people.

Access Charity of the Year

To support charities who have been chosen or shortlisted as The Access Group charities of the year, past or present, with specific projects or activities they are passionate about.

Employee Nominated

To advance the charitable causes of charities for whom there is a strong emotional connection with a member of staff (e.g. through support they or a close relative or very close friend have received from the charity).

We're focused on making a real difference to people’s lives by awarding grants to charities which make a valuable and measurable positive impact.

Configure Access Evo

Access Evo is a software solution. It joins together your systems, data and people in one place. It is where everyone goes when they need to get things done. It is designed to allow each of us to work the way we want to work, with ease. Helping you to achieve more.

Create your dashboard

Your default Space will be available to you as soon as you log in. It will be called My Dashboard - shown on a tab. View this short video to see how you can customise this Space so that it suits the way you want to work. Also learn how to create more Spaces.

Updating your settings

Add your picture and contact details and tag yourself with skills, qualifications, and work experience to allow colleagues to team up or collaborate with you more easily.

Admins only

Setting up a noticeboard (Admins)

In this video, we'll look at how you can display key information to your staff using the noticeboard. Noticeboards allow you to create a space to publicise company news to colleagues.

Introduction to members (admins)

As an administrator, take a look at the video below to learn about the Members feature. Members helps you navigate your organisation - it's the who's who, and where do I find my colleagues feature. You can locate Members by clicking on the two people icon at the top right of Access Evo. You can add members individually, in bulk or via import.

Resending sign up emails (admins)

In this video, we'll walk through how to view whether members have accepted their invites to Access Evo and how to resend invites if needed.

Friendly URLs and user names (admins)

Make it easier for your employees to log in by setting up a friendly URL and logging in with a user name.

Create your company hierarchy (admins)

This video will show how to set up a company hierarchy within Access Evo, allowing your colleagues visibility of your organisational structure.

This is a perfect way to give colleagues an overview of the reporting structure within your organisation, enabling them to find people easily.

Unlock more value

The Access Button

Navigate your way around Access Evo using the Access Button.

From the Button you will find all of your Products, Spaces and links to Help and Support. On the products menu you will notice a number of solutions for Learning, Engage (social intranet), Marketplace and Business Analytics.

Help and Support

Help and Support contains the links to our knowledge base and allows you to register for the Customer Success Portal. From here you can dive into the support and services available to you, with a single click.

Access Learning

The Learning solution contains all of the training documentation for the products that you have purchased and a sample of additional workplace training.

Access Engage

Access Engage is a way to create a culture within your organisation where everyone is bought in, on the journey, performing and developing with your organisation.

Access Analytics

A powerful analysis and reporting tool that pulls data from all Access software. Build reports and charts that surface key data points, turn data into information in real-time and make proactive decisions. All of this functionality you can find from the button when you click on the Analytics icon.
